Hi, Thanks for the quick response,

I am helping a friend with his set-up who isn't tech-savvy.

He is telling me that he gets the error code above and that TGC won't read a chip (anything that leaves the ground) but it will read a putt just fine.

Let me know if you need anymore info

Most likely the interface is trying to talk with a non ProTee TGC license (eg. SkyTrak, Flightscope). In the simulator console your TGC license should say "ProTee" in order for it to work with the ProTee Golf Interface. Contact our support department if you're using the wrong license.
