Hi Community, its been a while since I have been on here but I am having some issues with my TGC setup. When you turn on TGC, it takes a moment to validate your license. Usually its a quick process and you are on your way to playing. Something changed and my license doesn't validate - the software sits at validating and never moves on to the start screen. I reached out to Protee support and they claimed it was my internet connection not being able to connect to the European servers. But I have switched my provider and I have no problem browsing all across the internet. Do you have any advice as how I can resolve this?
