    Game Play

I think I have my protee set up but when I try to play a game I get nothing. The game loads but I do not have ball flight.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks,

    1. Do you have the protee interface opened. Sensor mat turned on. cameras tested?

If so does the camera pick up the ball flight?
Does the interface say sensormat ready in green

post a pic of the screens of the interface so we can check settings. Pics help a lot.

If using Protee and not TGC make sure the slider is off "use the golf club"

      Interface open.
      Sensor mat turned on.
Cameras tested OK, but now I have this.

Cameras are working to at least record a shot.

What about the interface picture. I am not home but I copied this from a previous forum post. On the picture the left "settings part" the slider that says "use the golf club" must be off ,then hit save and exit, restart if you are using the protee game. The opposite for using TGC. Turn off "external Data" Always save and restart the interface for changes to take effect.

Could you post the pics of each of your interface settings?

I think we have to back up....

            1) We you say play a game, are you talking about playing ProTee 2.0 or playing TGC(The Golf Club)?

The system will always launch shots. Its not depending on the cameras. Hit shots with the main interface screen open. It should show data after every shot and "Ready for swing" should change to "Ball Launched". If this does not happen, check the lights and sensors.

              http://csc.protee-united.com/hc/en-u...ng-the-sensors

Leave all settings default. When the lights are setup correctly and the COM port is configured you see the "Ball Launched" message on the main screen.

When playing TGC, the switch "Use The Golf Club" must be ON. Save and restart the interface. Now it will send the shots to TGC.

Your HCAM does not have the right lens installed. The FOV is too small resulting in BIG streaks. When we ship the HCAM, there is a wide angle lens pre-installed. Did you buy the HCAM from us? If not, get an CS to M12 lens adapter from PointGrey and a different lens from M12lenses.com: http://www.m12lenses.com/2-1mm-F2-2-...p/pt-02120.htm

Move the light over the sensor mat a bit more forward so the 2 circles just touch each other and move the sense slider up a little to get rid of the little white pixels surrounding the streak.

                    That's it.
