I would like to play and we can take care of out match play also. If you want. The only thing though could it be a little later? I have to ice up my kids around 7:30 EST. I can play after that.

I just saw your post about not being available after 7 CST so I guess we can't match up.

Yes, it can. And actually, for next year's match play, I think we should just use the current tournament's rounds for match play rounds. They will all have to be played as stroke play obviously.

Which defeats the purpose of the match play events. The whole idea was to play match play. I can attest that playing the two rounds weekly and trying to fit in match play rounds was a pain for me. For me at least the two together is just too much. Maybe we can do an early and late season event when there are no other tourneys happeni

sorry don't know what i did there but I would have to agree. Maatch play is match play and stroke is another world. Maybe just run match play and forget about the tour since we are getting points anyway. I had a blast playing in the event but 3 matches in a week is just to much for most. And it is pretty obvious that most have time for the regular scheduled events. I think using the tournament rounds would be a good idea but set the game up as a stroke play match and then keep your own score for the match play like me and Mike did. That was easy and we did get two mathes in one. Surely that could be accomplished. We have the scoring tool so the whole world can see the scores.

another idea would be to have the weekly tourneys be 1 round and only do 2 rounds on the majors. That would allow time for the concurrent match play event.

I don't think that will work. Need to have a minimum of 2 rounds for a tournament. That way if you botch round 1 you can fix it for round 2 and still have a chance to win.

I think match play should be saved for the final tournament. You play all season long and are ranked fed ex style. The final championship tournament could be Augusta but match play style.
