Handicap not showing up?

    Handicap not showing up?

    I completed my 5th round yesterday of Q School and received a 36.4 handicap index i believe in game but it still shows 0 this morning on Tour website under my player card. When will that update? I played a round of the Sentry and it shows 0 as well. Should i wait to do 2nd round until it shows up or can i still play it and it will automatically update when handicap is added? How long does it take for Tour site to update handicaps?

          But do you know when during the week? Mine didn't update today but another poster said his did.

                      As mthunt says it should update on a Tuesday. I’m not sure if is a manual or automatic process but if it’s manual then New Year’s Day could of impacted the process.

                          Do i need to play all five Q school events or is it just 5 handicap rated events? I think i have played 6 total handicapped events but 5 i know for sure. 4 Q schools and 1 Sentry round. I've established the Index in-game. But still not on the Tour. Maybe a bug? Anyone specific to message or is the forum the main way for solutions?

                              I think the fact that you did 4 rounds of Q school then 1 round for this weeks tournament you would need to wait until next Tuesday.

                              You can finish the other round of Q school and see if that makes a difference. At worst you will need to wait until next Tuesday.

                                  Sounds good. I will just finish the Q school. Might as well just finish out Sentry without the handicap for the practice, not as though i was going to move up the leader board anyways lol. Just wanted to make sure i wasn't doing something wrong
