This will be the final tournament to crown the 2014 ProTee Online Golf Tour champion. Would like this to be a 3 round tournament. Thinking about resetting all points. Similar to the FedEx Cup, we should make it where the top 5 controls their own destiny. The lowest guy would need the top guy to finish last for him to win or something like that.

    Thoughts?

I'm confused. What does resetting the points mean? Is this the points we will get per position at this tournament?

As Z said - similar to the Fedex cup. Essentially the Fedex year long point system is used to make successive cuts for 4 tournaments that make up the playoff. I think 125 get into the 1st tournament, then it's like 90,60, 30 (not those exactly but you get the idea). So the final 30 are the top 30 point earners. Each of the 4 tournaments earn 4x th appoints of the regular season tournaments, so playing well in those 4 rounds lets you make big moves. Prior to the final playoff tournament the points get reset similar to what Z showed so that everyone has a chance to win it all if the cards fall right. The top 5 guys effectively can win regardless of what the others do if they win the tournament. Beyond the top 5, the final scores need to fall in a certain way to win. So everyone has a chance, but those t the top have a much higher chance. It prevents someone coming into the final with a guaranteed win regardless of how they perform. Also makes it hard, but not impossible, for s

I played a round against the CPU earlier. I have not played the course in a while as its a beast.
You really have to get off the tee to even have a chance to get on those greens in regulation. Its a gem though.

I can play around 8:30 EST if thats ok with you?
