What is it with this course, it seems to play havoc with my fps. It’s the only course that does it. Any ideas?

Me too and I have the 1080 graphics card and it’s still choppy

I am running a RTX2080 Gen 9 I7 and 16GB ram and this course lagged my system down it was playing so choppy on full graphics (I can play any other course at max graphics with trees water maxxed out) I had to cut down on the graphics by 1/2 to get this to run smooth. It was running so bad in the middle of my round i exited and loaded several different courses but they ran great with graphics turned to the max. Glad to see you guys posting with same issues I was getting nervous. It might be the way the course was designed or programmed.

Outside of the terrible FPS it is a Beautiful course and plays fair.

I closed out after hole one and started up as medium settings instead of high. Then played nicely. Was practically unplayable on high which I haven’t had any other course do.

I was seeing the same stuttering on this course especially on the first few holes. Maybe the sun angle and shading leading to some of the fps drops? I really don't know. It's another really fun course. I definitely would have been booed on the 16th for my first round.

I didn't see any stuttering other than plants right in front of tee where moving, if I move my ball sometimes I do get stuttering but I hit Q and Q again and everything settles down

You are not going to see stuttering (lag) when you are addressing the ball the lag will come when you hit the ball or move camera around.

I only have a 1060 graphics card on my laptop so that might be the reason for my fps drop. I haven't had that issue with other courses.

Even uphill, it was something like 150% compared to Magnolia National...

Didn't enjoy the course at all, just a nothing course off of the tee and tiny greens. Plus the frame rate issues.....roll on next week.

What's your heating setup in your garage?

Reznor 60,000 BTU natural gas. I can go from 50 degrees to 80 degrees in about 20 minutes. Insulated walls, attic and garage doors.

Something happened to my username. It is now showing my full name in the Leaderboard. But no tour hcp? When i go to tourplayers on golfsimulatortours i have two profiles there? One with tour hcp and the recorded shots from this tournament are on that profile (P3 Custom) But in the leaderboard is my full name.

Did that make sense to anyone :-)

This wasn't a rewind. Hit the shot, then TGC out me back to hit it again. Restarted, presented same shot so hit and again and moved on.

Does anyone else occasionally encounter these connection issues?

I've had that happen but never during a tournament. When it has happened, you are placed back in the same spot over and over again. You have to exit out of the game and reload/resume round to move on.

I have had it happen several times. But usually only when it is the first shot when loading up a round/getting back into a round rather than a shot in the midst of the round.

How do you abandon around. My putting settings were wrong and when I exit and try and go back in it only lets me pick up where I left off. It does not let me restart either when I go to the pause menu. It only lets me can see the whole or exit the game and then the process repeats
