Tour scores not counting

can someone please help me out and tell me why leaderboard says I didn’t have shot tracker but I look and it is on. Ild like to compete in the tour and getting discouraged my scores never count.

In the user settings on at the top of the page on this forum make sure that your tgc nickname is exactly the same as the username you use in tgc game(Case Sensitive)and that you’ve also filled in tgc user id in the forum profile correctly(the one with the dashes -).

Have you also tried changing the user name in the provided picture to match your tgc in-game profile name.

Yes I changed that username in the picture as that was my first thought. I will try it again tomorrow and verify everything 5 times haha

Did you change your user name to your nickname and did it work for you. Mine keeps defaulting back to my real name and my tour scores don’t show up.

pwade3 you do not change your nickname in the settings file. The name in the settings file is the name TGC is registered to.

It looks like your forum profile is OK now. You will need to play an official tour event or Q-school round now in order for your tour account to be created.

hey, it worked. That was fun. Shows my flag as US in the leaderboard. My profile has Canada 🇨🇦 as it should be. How do I correct?

mthunt you may have to remove me from the leaderboard. I forgot to turn on the correct Gimme rule. I chipped in on the first hole but on hole 2 I was no where near the whole and it gave me a auto 2 putt. I backed out of the game as it would not let me change this in game. I corrected it but it would only continue the game. Figures, I finally get a score to show up and it does not count. Lol.

mthunt Lol. I didn’t. I did have a misread that I did not rewind. Hit solid drive and it went way way left. Put me behind a tree. I figured it was karma so I played it where it lay. Can’t see myself ever using rewind. Just doesn’t feel right. I guess if you have a unit that has a lot of bad reads but my unit is solid. Thanks for all the help. Appreciate it.
