  • Playing with a friend in tournament mode

Is it possible to play with a local friend while simultaneously competing in the tournament for only myself? So the game would count online for me but not a friend who was on another username but playing beside me?

How do you even do this? I start the society and click player 2 and it only gives me options "ghost and rival" ... no option for "guest"? thanks

This question was asked for TGC1. In TGC1 you add a guest.

Probably answered somewhere already but this is my perfect time to ask...

Can my son take part on the tour on my skytrak. Can we both somehow have the same device id and still show up correctly in scoring?

TGC accepts only one user so you both cannot play.

I understand why they would do that. Still a bummer to tell my son ( age 12, hcp 19) he can just watch in the competitions.

The only why is that the software was born a single person video game and can only support single profiles.

Come on dad, let your son play your profile a few times while u just play for fun. After all it's just online video golf, not real golf.

Protee really missing some great revenue by not allowing multi users on the same launch monitor and license. My guys would pay to play.

With the new license system in place it will be easier to "switch" licenses and thus users. So we are able to support multiple users.
Would anyone actually be interested in buying additional player licenses for the same system for a small fee?

I would be interested as well. I have friends/families that regularly play with me locally. But if we can play online tournament together real-time that'll be a huge plus.

10000% yes depending on the fee. Have multiple friends that would like to play and keep their rounds in protee and join the tour.

Did this happen? I'd like ot be able to set my friends up with their own profiles (we always play together)

I'm about a month away from finishing my big build. Getting anxious, wondering if this was ever addressed? I already have TGC2019, but have never played it other than the course designer.

Edit: Curious about having a friend compete as well at the same time.

ProTee United Is it planned to add these additional licenses? I'm very interested in that and would pay for it.

This feature has been alpha tested and is almost finished.

The only downside to it is that you can only play in societies with 1 player ( player 1), so no guests.
If you would like a friend to compete in the societies / tours, you'd have to play once with yourself as player 1. Then switch the licenses around so the friend is player 1, and let him do the tour/societyevent.

I'm assuming that you'll never be able to play at the same time?
