ProTee tour - US PGA

Hi, newbie question:
I thought the ProTee tour followed the professional circuit … how come this week we are at Pine Valley for the PGA and not Kiawah? Surely there must be a decent RCR for kiawah?

Not sure if I answered my own question or confused myself more! Can someone please explain the difference between these two tours?

is that TGC2k21? Are the players using Sims or console or both?

I also saw on the GolfSimulatorTours website under ProTee tour there is a PGA championship event this week that IS playing at Kiawah:

is that only for people using Sims?

I’m using Sim version of TGC2019 with skyTrak. I’ve signed up for the ProTee Tour, which one of the above will I be playing ?! (I can’t access my sim to check until the weekend)

The first link is for the old TGC game. There are still a small number of players who have not yet upgraded to the newer version and still play tournaments on the old one. They follow the pga tour but don't always play on the same course as the pga tour for one reason or another.

The second link is for TGC2019, which is at kiawah this week. This tour follows the pga tour schedule and 99% of the time is at the same course.
