Seems like Im not showing up on tour. Tried to look myself up but I get a 500 server error. Any ideas?

Regarding names, I installed TGC2019 on new computer and want to get back into tournament play. I don't remember my old username and don't want to start over. Is there a way to retrieve it? Handicap is established etc.

ProTee United how do we get to show up on GolfSimulatorTours.com? shot recording is ON, registered my number through the profile, same nickname, JY, played in a society, went to the practice range...still nothing...just want to be able to see my live shot recording stats
