Here's how it will work:

You will set up the game as stroke play, because the game does not figure in our hdcp's.
Enter your scores in mleaderboard as usual.

We are playing all 18 holes. Stroke play, one on one match.

If there's a tie after 18, then use the scorecard to figure out the winner. Start with hdcp #1 hole.

The stage determines which course and scoring code to use. Stage 1 and 1B, for example, both use Aronimink.
