To be honest. My scores were +9 and +21 for 30 over. Not 28 over.

It looks like gross was calculated based on a par of 72, even though the course was a 71. I was 23 over but show 21.

Also, how long does it take for handicap to change? I had a number of scores in the upper 70s last week (including a 74 w/ wind and a 4 putt on 18 at St. Andrews) but I'm still showing as a 15 handicap.
