2016 ProTee TGC Open Match Play

We are running the open Match Play. We'll do brackets on Monday Morning based on TGC rank like the PGA tour does.

    Rules:
-players must arrange and play the match within a week
-one player must post a screen shot of the score card here
-both players must set handicap to 0
-the players can determine turn order on or off but if they cannot agree it must be on

    Course:
-Pine Valley ProTee Championship Tees by Craig118
    -All matches played here

I'll post instructions with the brackets.

Here's who's signed up so far. Anyone else wanting to play, post here. We close registration Monday at 8am:

I'd like to play. I've hesitated so far because I'll be away from Dec 23 to Jan 3. If make it into the second or third round I may have to backout.

    Tgc name is Mickey.

I would like to play but my schedule is not great. I can only play early mornings or late evenings.

Can anyone comment on how long it takes to play with turn order on? Trying to figure out how much time I'll need to plan for.

It's about 90 minutes. Maybe a little longer if one player is slow and using a lot of scout cams.

think of a true round of golf in time frame Stingr and I did 18 holes in a little over two hours
I would add 45 min. per person

Is there anything that's considered frowned upon during these matches? I do like to use the mini map often to move the aim of my shot because I find they have me hitting like wedges and stuff from the rough quite a bit even when I'm like 200 yards out from the green so I have to change club selection then aim back toward the green. I don't want to be a slow poke during play.

i think only thing frowned upon is a 12 pack before you start...lol ..but you play as you would any normal round of golf you will not be the only one needing to adjust there position to find the green. and you partner will see your shot and know that you need to do this anyway

For some reason I can't edit the OP but I'll make sure everyone that posted here is added. DougieMn also posted on another thread.

In preparation for the match play event I reviewed the old team speak sticky. The info seemed dated. Are there updated instructions or will that follow?

My username is wrong on the list, don't know if it's important. It's allen2be, not allen2b
