    Please help. Distance wedges

    Hey guys

    I got the protee sim up and running with v cam. It is working excellent except with wedges namely lw sw gw and pw.

    When righties aim slightly out right and hit a shot on screen about a foot or more right on screen it fly's about 20 to 30 yds to far. The club speed will jump from in high 60's 70's during normal shots to up in 80's to 90's on shots that travel way to far.

    The opposite is true for lefties. Hit it left on screen the ball fly's 20 to 30 yds farther. With club speeds in 80's and 90's.

    This problem is only with the wedges.

    Thx for any help you can give me.

    This is an issue I've noticed with the ProTee hardware. Even happens on driver, wood, and irons for me. If you hit it way out on the toe of the club face the hardware reads your ball speed and club head speed as a lot higher than it actually was. As far as I know there's no fix for this. If you hit a lob wedge fat sometimes you'll get the ball flying 50+ yards farther than it should have, too. It's a lesser problem for me with the lower lofted wedges, but happens often with 60+ degree wedges. It's just limitations of the hardware.

      I opened a ProTee ticket on the wedges and what they said makes sense. Since the stance is closer on the wedges, the sensor has a better change of picking up the hands or body in the shadow. Kind of like putting casts a shadow. They suggested I make these setting changes and watch my shadow. Chipping_ballspeed_factor=65
      Chipping_minimum_launch_angle=1
      Chipping_use_clubspeed=True
      Pitching_ballspeed_factor=75
      Pitching_minimum_launch_angle=1
      Pitching_use_clubspeed=True
