Short Putts not Registering

OK, well back to my original post, I was playing around last night and decided to try putting on ProTee 2.0. I got the same results but, most importantly, the ProTee software gave me the reason or message why the putt was not reading. I would putt and then get the message "No audible detected, please swing again" (something like that)

So, I know my issue is not my shadow, etc. I have audible for putting set to zero, but obviously the system is still waiting on an audible que even though the settings are set to "0"

So, I have two questions, is there somewhere else I can tweak the audio or cut it off or is there a way to make my putter LOUDER!!! I use an oddessy and I do not want to buy a "ping" putter.

Anybody got an idea of how to make my putter louder?

To confirm. Audio sensibity putter 1 db. Use audio analysis on right side on. what is set to "0"?

I have audio minumum for putting set to "0"

Yes Bnorman58, in fact, I came here to post my findings before I read your message......

I feel foolish to report this, but I did not realize what was happening. My system has a plexiglass covering over the sensor. The guy who made it had cut out a hole for the microphone, but it must not be enough.....when I removed the plexiglass cover and put my sensor mat back to its' original condition, my putting woes went away.

Setting my audio to "0", and turning ball tracking to "off" allows me to launch very, very short putts now. It is working how I would expect it to work.

I don't know if increasing the size of the hole in the plexiglass would work, etc...for now, I just took it completely off and it works perfectly.

I would advise anyone to be careful when adding the plexiglass and test it...or if you don't care about putting, just disregard this post.
