  • Losing camera

Would anyone have any idea why the interface would lose the vertical camera when TGC starts?

Cable issue. Cable too long. The cameras are high powered USB devices and need maximum power from the USB hubs. If you have 2 cameras try to connect one on the back and one on the front of the computer to make sure max power can used from 2 seperate internal USB hubs.

I have some great USB repeater cables that have done wonders. It has also helped others on this forum. Helps with the settings changing too. Shoot me a PM and I'll shoot you a link. It probably isnt proper to puch specific products on this thread.

I would say ok to that except this system is about 3 years old. I did just replace the motherboard and processor though. However when I first powered it up everything was ok. I will look into the cables.

After further testing this does not happen with Protee golf 2.0. It doesn't happen until I get online the first time with TGC. Is that still a cable issue?
