TGC: protee sdk missing or not started

I’ve had and been using TGC with my SkyTrak for 9 months. Recently when trying to launch the interface, after clicking “play game” I get the error “protee sdk missing or not started”.

I emailed ProTee but haven’t heard back from them. Having friends over today that planned to play TGC with me which now looks like won’t be possible, hoping someone may have had this issue and can help me while I wait to hear back from ProTee.

I’ve seen posts of people having this issue when first setting their system up but not anyone who’s has it happen randomly after things were working fine.
