Anybody else have issues with white crown drivers and the H-Cam? I usually have to disable the H-Cam for guys with newer Taylormade drivers. The software keeps reading the clubhead streak instead of the ball streak. I've tried quite a few different settings with no success. I do have my H-Cams set to PT1 as well.

The main thing is setting the camera read mode to PT1. Doesn't work perfect, but as long as the ball streak ends further right in the image than the club streak then it'll read the ball streak regardless of the color of the club, usually. For the other camera settings I use see the attached image. They work pretty well for me. You might be able to use them as a baseline to start with. The shot it shows was with a white headed hybrid.1 PhotoLast edited by Richard_Askren; 11-30-2015, 12:48 AM.

And I just realized something I never noticed before. The large bright spot is leaving a large void in the area of the composite image the Interface uses to read the ball streak. I'm not using a light that uses an AR111 bulb over my putting sensors. When I first switched back to AR111 lights it seemed to give a better ball streak with these lights. I'm going to try a set-up tomorrow morning with the proper lighting over the putting sensor. Might solve all of my Hcam miss read problems. Guess I should've trusted ProTee in the first place instead of trying out other lighting solutions.

Spamming my own thread, I know, but I moved the lights around on my simulators as a temporary fix. The light I had over the sensor mat used the same AR111 50w narrow flood halogen bulbs that ProTee provides with their base packs. So I switched that light with the one I had over the putting sensor. As you can see from the attached image I'm getting a much better ball streak in the Hcam. Now that there isn't a bright white spot in the image captures the Interface isn't masking off that area. I ordered new track lights to put over the sensor mat that will be the same lighting as what I have over the putting sensors now.
Live and learn. Moral of the story, trust ProTee's lighting instead of trying to use your own.1 Photo

I didn't use a white headed club in this capture, but the settings will still work. I did turn the gain down to 2.4, too.Last edited by Richard_Askren; 11-30-2015, 05:52 PM.
