ProTee Golf Interface Software crashes

so there will be zero future assistance if you have the Protee golf Interface and Protee Sensor system?

My protee interface and TGC are working again, summary info as follows
I am using GC2/HMT via USB with the GC2 to USB app provided by MTHunt, on late model ASUS desktop with windows 11
Protee interface stopped working after windows 11 update ~12/16/24,
Installed windows update 24H2 this morning, its a large package takes a long time to download and install
I also uninstalled MS onedrive, it was doing some file manipulation with my windows 10 laptop that used to host TGC, this may not be relevant to the problem
Arun found corrupted system files using windows command prompt, this is what prompted the windows update check.
There is no interference from windows defender or avast free anti virus software
Update 24H2 has some known issues with certain ASUS laptops and may cause other games to crash, information available if you google 24H2 known issues
I'll run TGC a few times this weekend to make sure the fix is permanent

Arun in tech support found a work around to get it started until they find the root problem. So I take back the comment about Pro Tee not helping. They solved it the best they could and now I can at least access the program.

I've been having the same issues. My interface opens just fines, but the console won't load. So annoying and Pro-Tee hasn't been much help.

Try to collect some crash logs from Windows event viewer. We are not able to reproduce this problem. We run the latest Windows versions, fully updated.
Please keep in mind that the ProTee Golf Interface and ProTee Sensor Systems will be retired. These products have been replaced by the ProTee VX and ProTee Labs.

Protee emailed me on 12/26/24 recommending I login during NL normal business hours. I logged in at 6AM local time on 12/27/24, contractor support says NL wont be available until after the new year holiday.

I'm having the same problem, perhaps coincidentally after windows 11 security update. Tried using the chat support per protee recommendation. Off shore contractors uninstalled virus software and firewall without looking at the symptoms. That did not work. They told me protee would send email with next action, but no email has been received.
Someone marked it as solved in their support system, I'll try to get someone to address it when I have time.

How did they resolve it through windows? Having same problem, works sometime but then I can spend hours try to get interface going. I did have a windows upgrade and appears to have gotten worse?

ProTee Golf Interface Software crashes
When I launched the ProTee Golf Interface, the program suddenly crashed during startup, and I couldn't see the previous auto-hide feature from the right corner of the Windows desktop. The program was not successfully launched and started running,
1. We have tried updating the system, but it has not resolved the issue
2. Removing the antivirus software still doesn't work
Is there anyone who can offer some advice?
