  • Issue with sweet spot always showing a left hit

Moved into a new house and got my sim going for this winter. I think I'm on the latest and greatest versions. Noticed this weird anomaly when I hit some shots yesterday, I sent an email to support but my case number shows up as solved so I thought I would post here for backup.. Here is the email: I am on interface 3.06c and TGC 2.8. As you can see in the screenshots no matter where I hit the club face TGC always reports a “Left” hit even though the interface shows a positive value. Looks like I may have found a bug?? It never displays a “Right" hit in TGC shot statistics. However the picture looks correct as you can see...
I also noticed by turning the gear effect setting off that the sweet spot is more accurate vs. with it on. It only indicates 5-8mm range (right or left) when it is set to on vs. the extreme heel and toe shots I made during my testing. Screenshots provided are with the gear effect turned off. I purposely hit slow and bad shots off the heel and toe in my testing....

Pictures seemed to have posted out of order, pay attention for matching interface picture. It's the same file number but with a 2 vs. a 1 added at the end. i.e picture *.251.jpg and *.252.jpg etc. are the same shot..

We moved your ticket to our bug list: http://csc.protee-united.com/entries...s-showing-left

The analysis screen is indeed always showing the word "LEFT", even when its "RIGHT". The pictures showing the correct deviation.

    Good find!

We will also update the wording to HEEL and TOE. Thank you for the tip.

      Hi Protee,

How are you making out in fixing this bug? Will we see it corrected in the next update?

That's great to hear. Any progress being made on being able to customize our club sets, in particular the ability to add more wedges and Hybrids.
