Strange problem doing shooting the ball

I have a strange problem with my simulator.
Sometimes (20% off every shots) when we do a shot, the software did not do anything, but after about 10-20 sec. the ball is launched.

Everything work great, but this is very annoying.
I have tried to reinstall the software and adjust some off the setting, but it do the same.
I have this error with or without camera installed.

I have noticed that it normally happens when we are at tee, but it can also happens other places even on green.
Sometimes when we place a ball on the mat it shot it by itself (we are not covering the sensors)
Am using the latest software.

Do any have a solution for this problem ?

Contact ProTee support. I haven't seen this problem though yesterday I hit 2 consecutive 3-woods that each went 4 inches!

I am wondering if it might have something to do with dust and other debris in the sensor itself.

I can answer that aja if it is the same cause that I experienced and a ProTee ticket gave me the answer. From them ..." Assuming you have version 3.06g set swing timeout to 99. This whole setting goes away next release. " It fixed my issue of Drives going 6 inches. It also is in another post that suggests not to waggle. I find the one I used a much better soloution. Thanks to ProTee support.
