SkyTrak and TruGolf e6 Cloud

I've been using SkyTrak with TGC for the past year or so. When I learned about e6 Cloud and the "quick play" game modes they are releasing, I thought it sounded fun (and I wanted to kill zombies) so I purchased a standard annual e6 subscription and contacted TruGolf to get authorized for their free e6 cloud service through September.

e6 cloud is releasing new courses and quick-play games each month, and though I've been authorized by TruGolf customer service to receive these updates, only the quick-play modes are available. Any new courses they've released on e6 cloud are not available in my installation (I can only select from the original courses in the standard coursepack).

After some time on the phone with TruGolf Customer Support, I was told that when you purchase e6 through SkyTrak, there is an additional layer of authorization, and all courses are pre-authorized by default (then you have to purchase new coursepacks and have them authorized by TruGolf). However, it seems like the e6 cloud courses being released were not pre-authorized by SkyTrak like the ones in the modular coursepacks, which is apparently why I'm not seeing them in the software.

Has anyone managed to get e6 cloud content working with SkyTrak? How can I get access to the new courses as they are released?

One of the biggest reasons I have not purchased e6. Not paying an arm and a leg to purchase courses after I have to pay to use their software. TGC (changes coming) and changes already made to JNPG just show little reason to add e6 to the mix although some of those games did look like a lot of fun.

Yeah, I have written them many times saying if they charged less they would sell a lot more cloud. They have never replied. They couldn't care less about the general sim user. I would buy it as a second software if it was even halfway reasonable.

Guys, in order to use E6 Cloud, otherwise known as QuickPlay, you need to contact TruGolf and provide them your E6 Sim ID. They will then open up QuickPlay for use with your SkyTrak, free of charge for the time being!!

Quick play works just fine, it's the courses released within e6 cloud that are not available (i.e. Sanctuary GC, Yellowstone CC, Skills Shot Challenge Course, Junior Challenge Course). This is half of the e6 content but it's unavailable on SkyTrak. After troubleshooting with TruGolf, I was told they have authorized me, but these need to be enabled by SkyTrak.

I have the same problem. I only see the Quick Play (two fun games) but no new Cloud courses.
I have all the sims available, but find I mostly play the e6.

Does the quick play with the two fun games include the range where you hit balls into clowns, and exploding things. that sounds like fun.

thanks Jake...will have to get e6 now...the part of my game that sucks the most is the 80-30 yard shots...I think having the carnival shooting gallery I would practice that more.

Hey Jake, I looked on the web site for details on e6 and it says there might be some issues running it on windows 10 - are you running windows 10?

I'm running it on windows 10. No problems at all. Just make sure its updated and you are using the latest video card driver.
