Official v3.0 SkyTrak App Release

Hey all,

We have launched the v3.0 app for PC, iOS, and Android. The new app has a new look and feel, but functionality is much the same. There was a lot of work done behind the scenes to pave the way for future enhancements. Hope you enjoy!

can we upgrade from an older version to this one - I think I am running something like 2.3

Yep, shouldn't be a problem. Just let me know if you run into any firmware upgrade problems, but anything post v2.0 should be good.

I have downloaded 3.0 can’t get my data from target practice none at all. I’am sure this is because can’t log in it just keeps saying a unregistered user. When u try to register the user name and password blocks turn red say not right information, but I know i’am using the right information.

tom22 , yeah that would certainly cause you to not be able to store/access data. If you'd like to supply your 360 creds to me via PM, I can help you troubleshoot the login issue.

Seth, can you tease us with what some of those "future enhancements" might be. downloaded 3.0 and it looks nice, BTW it loaded and connected in network mode much faster than ever, almost instantaneous, a noticeable improvement.

I liked what I saw when playing in the new app. When I played in JNPG last night, I noticed that I had more misreads than normal and a few shots that shanked right (I'm a lefty) when I flushed the ball. Would the update have any bearing on what I experienced?

Nope, wouldn't affect that at all.

Has anybody had issues with it showing too much draw it seems like every shot I hit is hooking when I normally hit just a little draw

wterryiv this has always been a thing with skytrak has been a lot of people asking the same thing more hook spin than they see on course. This was my reason for carrying my unit to driving range to see what I get out doors. to check my self and see if i'am just not seeing the spin on the course

I get more hook spin inside as well, but I also swing very differently inside. I compared against a Trackman recently in a much bigger room and I wasn't seeing the excessive hookspin anymore.

Thanks Sky Trak_ Seth I don't know why, but was able to log in this afternoon every thing worked first time network mode with all data there.

One thing that's been driving me crazy with both the PC and Android software - is the number of times I have to enter login credentials despite ticking 'remember me'. I think it's related to me connecting via network mode at home and direct mode at the range. Is there a reason a login is required every time the device is used?
