First post here, been reading and deciding on what system to buy, and it looks like I am leaning towards SkyTrak. My question is, has anyone used the dwquailgolf.com website? And how was the experience if you have?

They are selling SkyTraks for about 300 dollars cheaper than anyone else, is there a reason for that?

They are family owned. Shipping for me was a little slow...I ordered a country club elite mat. they where nice... I would order from them again.

Skytrak is running a $300 off Master's special now until 4/10. All of their resellers are also advertising the same price.

I purchased their 5 star mat. I really like it. It was between them and the real feel country club elite. The smaller CCE was more expensive than the eventually 4x5 I purchased from DWquail. Plus they offered free shipping.

Would do business with them again.

I had read a few things online, that suggested their customer service might be iffy, so I ordered via their Amazon store. Somehow I felt more protected, probably not. Anyway, their communication was excellent. They kept me updated and when I thought they only sent me the "extras", I received an almost immediate response that it shipped separately. But to top it off, when the mat arrived, I thought I had received the wrong product, so I used Amazon to communicate as such. Pretty soon my cell phone rang from, it was the owner who asked me about the mat. In the end I received the correct mat. We spoke for 15 minutes about things related to mats and golfers. So in summary, I would order from them again in a second.

p.s., I ordered the 4x5 Dura-Pro Plus Residential Golf Mat, because I need it to practice, not play and I HATE mats that fight me. I've yet to find any real turf that acts like some of these super thick mats that almost stop the club if your hit is even a little fat. Off the mat, I get almost 9,000 revs using Almost Golf balls with a 54 degree wedge. Using Good luck

That's where I got mine, and I have no issues. Shipping was about a week, matt arrived separately and a day earlier than the skytrak unit.
