Is it possible to beta test the club data?

I have been using the club data beta still. The download link that was originally posted is likely still active (I was pointed there months after they dropped it from release).

i was happy with the beta 99% of the time. only thing i wish it did was show up on the screen after the shot was finished (5 seconds) something like that and not have to go into the menu every shot. should be good with the official release and whatever improvements they may have done!

first time trying, i hit a bad shot that showed the flight starting straight, then faded right. however the club data showed 8 degrees in-to-out with an open clubface. i think the path should be out-to-in, with an open clubface (open to path but square with target)?

Are you a lefty as it was reported in the initial thread that there seemed to be a bug with the in-to-out only showing based on a right handed setting i.e. if you're a lefty with your readings then it actually means 8 degrees out-to-in although it is reported the other way around

I tried the beta, the problem is that the data isn't measured itself so you just can't know if it is telling you an accurate number. You also don't have a basis to know whether it is accurate from one shot to another.

The clubhead speed is also a number that isn't measured but when you mishit you know the clubhead speed number will be low and can be largely disregarded. I had no idea when to disregard the clubhead path information.

From what's been shared so far, they were working with a data crunching company to do this club data. Sounds like it's just going to be a probability game. (pretty much how they get the clubhead speed data). So over the long run, you'll prob get some workable numbers characterizing your swing tendencies..but if you look at just one specific shot, it'll be hard to how much contribution is coming from angle of attack, path, face angle, etc. Unless you have something else giving you supporting numbers like skypro...then you can probably get a better idea what's real and what isn't.
