We've got a new app submission going into Apple on Monday (V 1.7) that will include the following:

-- Ground physics improvements.
-- Alignment Mode - you'll be able to turn on both laser pointers and align the unit at a target.
-- Added a "Center" reading for side angle and side spin when it's under certainparameters.
-- Improved multi-player challenges so that you'll be able to see markers for other player's shots.
-- New battery indicator logo, and warning.
-- New data sync status indicator.
-- Added a toggle to jump between Side Spin and Spin Axis.
-- Simplified and improved the connection flow.
-- Other enhancements and improvements.

In January we'll submit V1.8 to Apple which will include:

-- Improvements to the flight model and club head speed for high spin shots.
-- Further ground physics improvements.
-- Adding the altitude and temperature to the settings.
-- Improved ball trajectory on the range.
-- Activate ground firmness options.

When charging the SkyTrak unit does the amber light go off when fully charged or should it stay on whenever it's plugged in? Mine goes off a minute or two after plugging it in so not sure it that means it's fully charged or if something is wrong with the charging port.

I believe one or more of the lights stays on until it's completed charging.

Has everyone but me figured out how to connect via the internet versus direct connect? I seem to be doing something wrong because my swings are not showing up on Golf360 even when I think I connected properly.

I'd also recommend either closing this thread or limiting it only to FAQ's/FYI's that people have compiled. Let's keep creating new threads for specific issues.

The app enhancements and feature requests is a good one to keep and sticky as is.

Altitude is not working with the new update. My distances are really close with irons but driver is 15 to 20 yards short.
Has anyone else noticed this with the driver?

Hello, lots of great info here. In Target Practice I am unable to change the Session Settings for Range Markers, Show Centerline, and Dispersion Circles. The attached image shows the slider buttons.

According to Skytrak support on 2-25-22 this will be solved in the next software update

In my Bag Mapping exported .PDF summaries, the Carry Distance Plots do not show any shots or dispersion circles in Top View. An example is attached.

Our Gym has brought two of these Skytrak devices and I’ve been tasked to set them up on our Enterprise Cisco WiFi.
Both devices and iPad have connected to the network, but the iPad still cannot discover the SkyTrak.
Can you please let me know what ports need to be opened on our corporate firewall to allow communication in the network mode?

Hi,just experiencing a problem with my Skytrak.I set it up and connect my SIM software as normal.After hitting the first shot the normal red dot goes out and the alignment laser dot comes on instead . Can anyone help me please?
