can't get TGC interface to connect skytrak

Skytrak app is working fine, but when I try to connect skytrak box in tgc interface, it keeps saying the box is not found.
But when I open skytrak and my device is connected in usb mode, and it reads fine on the practice range.
Does anyone know why the interface can't detect my box?

Are you shutting down the SkyTrak app before opening the TGC interface? Both cannot be running/connected at the same time.

I tired that and it worked. It didnt work when i tried that last time.
And since I swapped mode back and forth woth network and usb,
Tgc interface won't connect to the box before I open and close Skytrak app anymore.

Did you reboot inbetween? Meaning use the sktrak software. Reboot and then open TGC
