It looks like your unit isn't leveled to the mat. Not sure if it makes a difference. Some had said it does.
lol thanks, I have Amazon Prime so I order a solid amount from there
In regards to my unit being level, I did make sure it was level, the SkyTrak is a amazon box but is also ontop of some foam wrap thing and also a small notebook, so even though it isn't on the mat, I did make sure that I made it the same level so that's why it is sitting on those other top items
on another note, I can never get my data to sync, I configured it to use network mode, but the syncing to data is constantly spinning and eventually the app just crashes and loses all the data

I am having the same issue. My last successful sync was in Feb. After that, I simply get 'waiting to be synched', but nothing is synched. Even worse, With that message going on, my shot graphic presentation becomes clumsy and slow.Originally posted by HTTR View Post

Yeah same, I have some really random shots from February but only like 14 total and it sucks, but my graphics aren't affected by the message up tho it is annoying...which iPad are you using?

Guys, a quick note on the data sync. I think it may be a problem with the sync indicator in the app itself. I had the same problem and found that all my shots had in fact synced. It just appeared to be a one-way street (going up but not coming down). That's actually better than the reverse. The next app update will address these sync issues and a few other items I'll save for later. If you don't have a lot of local data stored, you can try deleting the app and reinstalling. But know this is high on the radar, especially with the launch of SkyGolf360.
I'll leave you with some good news. Assuming nothing goes drastically wrong, the mid-iron ball flight update will be submitted to Apple by the next time I post. See you tomorrow

Well the app hasn't been saving my data locally, and ends up crashing a lot when i just leave it to sync, any suggestions on that? Thanks.

Received my new Skytrak today. purchased based on the reviews of so many posts in this forum. Bought a net return last year as with three kids my game has gone downhill for lack of practice time. got an sc100 last year as well, practiced a good bit with it and first time out had a huge hook that came out of nowhere. lack of feedback kills. Thus time to look at directional feedback. All I can say is wow. Accurate distance results with nearly every club (with some mid-iron exclusions previously reported). Having directional and true launch angle info is a true blessing in my back yard. Also quickly realized that I simply wasn't releasing my driver due to poor (low) launch angle numbers and quickly added almost 20 yards off the tee. From 271 max up to 289. There is a God! Thanks to everyone that made this purchase ahead of me and made me a believer. Now bring on the full round simulation - I'm sold!
