Discrepancy in ball flight, tee versus mat??

So this has been an issue for the last couple of months, and has gotten to the point that the unit is unplayable. When I hit tee shots...driver, 3 wood, irons...ball flight is normal...I can move the ball left and right and is compatible with the shots I hit outside. When the irons/hybrids are hit from the matt however, shots start out straight with again path and face relatively normal but everything is a hook or pull hook. I'm using a REAL FEEL mat that I purchased about a year ago. Even when I try to open up and hit a cut from the deck, the best I'm going to do is get a ball that flies strait(er) but still, ends up left of center. Anyone else have a similar issue that they were able to mitigate? Yes, my unit is level and yes it is level with the mat.

Your irons might have too upright of a lie angle. That mat will grab the club a lot so if the heel is entering first it would turn the club shut

Yeah, sounds like club mat interaction is a problem. It would be great if you had access to a divot action or fiber built to compare.

How do you know path and face are normal? And what do you mean by normal. If it starts straight but hooks, you are zeroing out by in to out path with face slightly closed and/or hitting it on toe. Analyzing ball data could give some clues ... but likely real feel mat is issue.
