I honestly gave up and they have since decided that my dollars were not worth the hassle. I worked with Cley there and even had the answer to their problem with my bank sitting on the phone for over an hour. And for the record, my bank never denied the transaction once. It was always denied on their end because of an accountant screw up. This is truly the first time that I have ever tried as hard as I possibly could to give a company $2k and got a stone wall. No email replies back anymore. All I see is if I have an issue down the road, this is probably the customer service that I can expect to get. I was very polite with everyone and was very proactive on my end with my bank and everything. In the end, Skytrak just decided to give up on this customer. You act like I am going out of my way to trash Skytrak. I am not. I'm letting people know about MY experience. I have all the documentation to prove that nothing on my end held up this transaction. Unless you are a rep of Skytrak try reading elsewhere. I was looking for Skytrak help and the bottom line, my decision was between Skytrak and Foresight. How was trying to order a Skytrak REPEATEDLY a bash on that company. Stating that I have to go with my 2nd choice is in no way a put down. There was nothing more that my wife and I wanted and were excited about our decision to purchase a system from them. Now I'm the bad customer? Is this how this forum reacts to new members with a problem? Thank you for showing your support and all the helpful solutions that you gave. Celeras

I actually just had the same experience. Tried to (finally) pull the trigger on a new Skytrak just now. It was denied. Called my credit card company to see what was up. They said there is no reason it should be denied. There's no balance on the card at all. It's not expired. No purchasing restrictions. Tried it a couple more times and denied every time. Tried calling Skytrak and got a message saying they were experiencing system errors and to call back later. Did the online chat and the guy basically just said to try calling on Monday. What a joke. I'll call again on Monday because I still want to buy one. But something is definitely up. I don't know if the website has issues processing transactions or what. When they had the Christmas sale I tried buying one through the Fortiva financing thing. That was denied and they said they would send a letter in 8-10 days explaining why (which seems silly). Letter never came.

There's someone on eBay selling them at the sale price still, but I'm hesitant to purchase with the note on Skytrak's website saying they're backordered until April/May timeframe.
