    Just FYI, Skytrak Spring Sale started today looks like it goes to 4/17

    I tried for over 20 hours to order from Skytrak. Still can't order with them. Never had such a hard time trying to give someone $2k. Hope you have different experience than I did. Moving onto the GC2.

      I tried and failed repeatedly to get the Skytrak payment system working with iexplorer. Downloaded Chrome and it worked first try.

        I honestly gave up and they have since decided that my dollars were not worth the hassle. I worked with Cley there and even had the answer to their problem with my bank sitting on the phone for over an hour. And for the record, my bank never denied the transaction once. It was always denied on their end because of an accountant screw up. This is truly the first time that I have ever tried as hard as I possibly could to give a company $2k and got a stone wall. No email replies back anymore. All I see is if I have an issue down the road, this is probably the customer service that I can expect to get. I was very polite with everyone and was very proactive on my end with my bank and everything. In the end, Skytrak just decided to give up on this customer. I have since decided to just go with a GC2.

          The purchase is automated so to be honest idk what the hell you're talking about or how it could be anything other than user error. But imagine complaining about SkyTrak support and then buying something from Foresight LOL

        You act like I am going out of my way to trash Skytrak. I am not. I'm letting people know about MY experience. I have all the documentation to prove that nothing on my end held up this transaction. Unless you are a rep of Skytrak try reading elsewhere. I was looking for Skytrak help and the bottom line, my decision was between Skytrak and Foresight. How was trying to order a Skytrak REPEATEDLY a bash on that company. Stating that I have to go with my 2nd choice is in no way a put down. There was nothing more that my wife and I wanted and were excited about our decision to purchase a system from them. Now I'm the bad customer? Is this how this forum reacts to new members with a problem? Thank you for showing your support and all the helpful solutions that you gave. Celeras

          Lol feel free to bash SkyTrak all you'd like, I'm just making a joke because Foresight notoriously has the worst software package and customer support in the business and your reasons for jumping ship was ironic. You're overreacting.

        I actually just had the same experience. Tried to (finally) pull the trigger on a new Skytrak just now. It was denied. Called my credit card company to see what was up. They said there is no reason it should be denied. There's no balance on the card at all. It's not expired. No purchasing restrictions. Tried it a couple more times and denied every time. Tried calling Skytrak and got a message saying they were experiencing system errors and to call back later. Did the online chat and the guy basically just said to try calling on Monday. What a joke. I'll call again on Monday because I still want to buy one. But something is definitely up. I don't know if the website has issues processing transactions or what. But they don't seem too anxious to take my 2k that I'm trying to give them.

        When they had the Christmas sale I tried buying one through the Fortiva financing thing. That was denied and they said they would send a letter in 8-10 days explaining why (which seems silly). Letter never came.

        So that's twice I've tried buying one now. Apparently they actually do sell these things to people?

          You could try dealers or resellers. If your in the US, Check Gunghogolf in comment #3.1. I purchased mine from a reseller and I’ve had more support from them then Skytrak themselves.

          Update = I just bought one through Rain or Shine Golf. Got the same discounted price and free shipping. And what would you know .... it took about 5 seconds to order it with a website that actually works lol.

            Did Skytrak end the sale at the end of the day yesterday? I was under the impression it meant it was ending at the end of the day today 3/25.

            Thanks to Ron and the company reaching out, I am a new Skytrak system owner. My wife and I thank you and look forward to playing/practicing year round now. Stay safe out there and remember to wash those hands!

              I also tried to buy a SkyTrak yesterday and was surprised that the sale price disappeared while I was shopping around for more goodies. Pretty frustrating.

                There's someone on eBay selling them at the sale price still, but I'm hesitant to purchase with the note on Skytrak's website saying they're backordered until April/May timeframe.
