I only recently (this month) updated to the new 3.4.1. I mainly use my skytrak for TGC software only. Since then however I haven't been able to log into my account thru the software portal or skygolfs website. I tried resetting my password but it doesn't seem to take effect or let me login with the new one? Does it take time to reset? I wished skygolf sent an email instead so i could see the reset process & know it took effect with a link. If this persists how can I log into my account?

I don't know if you saw my experience that I mentioned in another thread. I created master account, and could not for the life of me get into the account, no matter how many times I tried to reset the password. I think the problem was that I was using my daughters ipad, and she had it set to a foreign keyboard. The symbols I put in my username were changed to something else. This is a long shot, but if happen to be using a foreign keyboard, this could be your issue.-
My username should still be my email, i always used it to sign in & don't think i changed it? I only use the one computer & keyboard, I don't have a tablet for my skytrak so should't be foreign. I never had an issue until i updated to the new 3.4.1 & had to create a master profile, (been a user for years & always logged in for my GIP to play around in the skills assesment). I SHOULD be able to reset my password thru the website, it recognizes my email & security answers just fine but don't take the change.

Make sure that you check the box upon signing in to “stay signed in” or whatever. I somehow got reverted to Direct Mode and it’s required that the box be checked to sign in. Before this when I would try to sign in I got a red screen and incorrect password message or something similarComment
