            You're responsible for reporting your purchases and paying your state's tax rate on the item. So if you buy it online and you're not charged sales tax, you still need to report that (legally).

                    The ST firmware is for the APP only. This is software based off a pc. Two different platforms.

                      Are you certain about that, I thought there were updates made to the firmware in the ST unit? Also they were speaking of version numbers which you don't normally see for an App.

                              LOL. Well at least they will feel the pressure of pricing the vaporware correctly if/when they precipitate.
