Skytrak Shipping Delays

The Flightscope forum has a thread for shipping delays on the Mevo+, so I figured it would make sense to have one for those of us waiting on a Skytrak.

It would be nice if some people who recently received theirs would chime in and state their ordered and received dates etc.


The official Canadian distributor has pushed the date of the next shipment a few times in the last 2 weeks. It used to be Sept 15th, then Sept 25th, Sept 30th, now pushed back to Oct 15th.


My build is almost finished and I am eager to try it. I'm thinking of grabbing an R Motion to just test my setup, and since it has some kind of integration with Skytrak, it wouldn't be a net loss once I receive my unit.

Ordered from Jancor 10/12. Got my shipping notification last week, and it should be here Monday.

I ordered mine from SkyTrak on 10/9. I got an email on 11/16 about registering it which included a serial number. I have not gotten any shipping notification however. I kinda figured if they had a serial number for me they had a unit and it'd ship out very shortly after but it's been 5 days of no action. We're still well ahead of the 10-12 weeks they said when I ordered so I guess I can't complain.

Ordered from Rain or Shine on 10/18, got shipping notification yesterday 11/20. Should arrive on Tuesday 11/24.

I’m just a tad bit jealous. I ordered from gung-ho golf. I’m sure it will come in a month or so. It gives me time to finish building my golf gazebo. Can’t wait.

I did the same. I wonder if there are any left at playbetter, there is no telling when my unit will ship I could in theory refund the purchase. I would receive it faster this way. Not sure if it is worth the hassle just to have a few weeks earlier though

Ok mine got here on 11/23 (ordered 10/9, got a serial number via email on 11/16). Oddly enough SkyTrak never sent me a shipping notification, it just showed up via UPS with no warning.

i ordered from gung-ho and looking forward to getting my unit. They are legit and Ron’s customer service is second to none.

Gung Ho is legit. I actually wish I ordered through him for the access to his shot tracking software. Even if you wait a week or more, his customer service will be 10x better than most anywhere else (I called once and actually got him on the phone - he was helpful even though I didn't order through him, great dude).

You weren't ripped off, SkyTrak is just dealing with covid both in the states and in Asia, so supply has come in spurts. I'm happy to refund you if you don't want to wait longer. Email me (ron AT my domain) with your order number and I'll tell you what the latest ETA is... have a few dozen units on the way now, and shipped a bunch yesterday. Haven't missed an original ETA (ETA at time of purchase) by more than a few days all year, but this time of year is always stressful with demand and shipping delays, even when we're not dealing with a pandemic.
