Skytrak Shipping Delays

The Flightscope forum has a thread for shipping delays on the Mevo+, so I figured it would make sense to have one for those of us waiting on a Skytrak.

It would be nice if some people who recently received theirs would chime in and state their ordered and received dates etc.


The official Canadian distributor has pushed the date of the next shipment a few times in the last 2 weeks. It used to be Sept 15th, then Sept 25th, Sept 30th, now pushed back to Oct 15th.


My build is almost finished and I am eager to try it. I'm thinking of grabbing an R Motion to just test my setup, and since it has some kind of integration with Skytrak, it wouldn't be a net loss once I receive my unit.

Just got my shipping notice yesterday! Ordered from TopShelf 1/26 and now should arrive by Friday. Normally having to wait 8 weeks for a purchase would seem crazy but the fact they said 16-20 weeks when I ordered makes it feel like I got a great deal. Nice ploy!

I feel like I got extremely lucky with these 4-5 month delays that SkyTrak lists, but I purchased one from SkyTrak on 3/14. I haven't received that one, but in the days after I purchased directly from SkyTrak, I kept checking some of the common approved vendors (Rain or Shine, Gungho, PlayBetter). I clicked the "Notify Me When Available" button on PlayBetter and although I wasn't notified, I happened to check on 3/16 and they had some in stock. I received it yesterday. 8 days after purchase!

I would monitor PlayBetter like a hawk. My guess is they continue to put in batch orders and I just got really lucky. I'll be cancelling my order from SkyTrak.

Anybody has ordered from Jancor Agencies in Canada? Do you know if its usually on time? I’m supposed to get mine early April.

I order with Jancor and received my order 4 weeks ahead of time. Good company and very helpfull

Ordered 1/8 received today. 3/22 Ordered from Rain or shine. Didn't not email me a shipping notification. Was really surprised to see it show up. One happy guy !

Ordered mine on 1/22 from Rain or Shine. Received 4/6 today. Did not receive a shipping notification. It could have arrived yesterday as well. Glad I have it now, but a $2200 purchase possibly spending the night outdoors is kind of scary!

I noticed on the skytrak website they updated on 3/25 that the delay is now 10-12 weeks. I believe before it was 16-20 weeks.

Just received shipping confirmation email from Skytrak. I ordered directly from Skytrak website on 2/18, so it took almost exactly 7 weeks.

I placed my order on March 9th late in the afternoon through GungHoGolf. I just received a shipping confirmation (4/9)! That means I'll be receiving my unit about 5 weeks after placing the order (including shipping time). Estimated arrival date is 4/14.

From what I've heard and been told, GungHoGolf places frequent orders in batches. Although I was told 8-10 weeks (at this time, the estimated time directly with SkyTrak was 16-20 weeks), the shipping confirmation email came only 4 weeks after placing the order.

Same thing with the Mevo+ (I know, different unit). GungHoGolf told me 4-6 weeks, but I received a shipping confirmation on March 25th. The order was placed at the same time as SkyTrak on March 9th. A friend wanted me to purchase the Mevo+ for him so we ordered both units.

GungHoGolf has amazing customer service and I truly believe that they under promise and over deliver.
Ron, the owner of GungHoGolf, spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions in regards to different units, TGC and E6, and more. This led me to purchase SkyTrak and Mevo+ from GungHoGolf. I definitely recommend GungHoGolf and Ron! Thanks a lot!

I ordered mine on February 24th from Gunghogolf and received my shipping notice today.

On the advice of someone else in the thread, I've checked the Play Better site (https://www.playbetter.com/collectio...launch-monitor) every day for the past two weeks and sure enough, on Friday it popped up that they had some for sale. I placed my order immediately and it has already shipped out. It will be here on Tuesday (4/13). As luck would have it, I'll be out of town on a business trip (first one since last summer because of Covid-19 restrictions). I won't get to play with it until late Thursday night or Friday. Oh well, at least I have one headed my way.
