  • Skytrak distance and altitude.

What altitude do you have your skytrak setting set to to match real carry and distances? I find the skytrak settings at zero to be much shorter compared to real life numbers and 5000 is prob still slightly under. A good setting seems to be 6000 to 9000.

I think you would set the Altitude to match your area.
    Mine is 30ft.

SkyTrak set to my home altitude of 1,000 ft gives me real-life carry distances.

That much altitude changes impact of spin axis etc. Skytrak is likely accurate, and reads where the ball would go if there was no net/wall/garage door to stop it.

Most likely causes are indoor swing syndrome and club-mat interaction. If you post some data we can probably figure it out. Start by hitting say 7 iron shots from mat and from a short tee and compare.

I set my altitude to match where I live. You can just google your city's altitude
