  • Unable to Add or Delete Golf Clubs in My Bag. Random NULL clubs appearing in My Bag

    I'm having an issue where I am having trouble adding and deleting golf clubs in My Bag. Erroneous NULL clubs are showing up in my Bag Statistics and when I go to Manage Bag the bag is empty. I add clubs to the bag but they do not save when I close the window. It seems like there is a software bug but I cannot find anyone to help.

    Any ideas?

      I just came across this post while dealing with another of the same issue. Really odd as this release has been out for 7 months and now 3 issues pop up around the same time. deepfriedadobo can you PM me your SkyTrak username?

        I am also having the same issue. also, you cannot scroll down the list of clubs, past the ones on the screen. i am on hold with their tech support now. i will see if i can get an issue, and post their fix here

            Similar issue here - since the 4.0 upgrade, I got a new set of irons and wanted to edit them. I can only edit/delete/add clubs somewhat randomly. I have one club I can't edit or delete. I can't add new clubs. I've been able to edit a couple of them. Typically the 'save' or 'delete' boxes are greyed out and don't do anything.

              Well, persistence paid off a little bit. I was finally able to delete the two clubs I could not edit. But now I have 12 clubs in my bag and am unable to add my sand/lob wedge (I can fill in the club make/model fields but the save button is greyed out). Anyone else experiencing this since the 4.0 beta release?

                Hey all, this is actually what has been holding up v4.0. It was a very complicated issue that needed to be resolved before we could release it. We've finally got it sorted and I will post a new beta up in the coming days.

                      Not sure if this will help anyone. BUT....
                      I was having issues trying to replace the clubs in "my bag". I was unable to delete or change them.
                      Through much playing around with it, I discovered that in order to delete a club you first have to remove it from the bag and place it in the "add club" window.
                      From there you can edit/delete the club.
