    Hi All,

    Many thanks for your help and constructive feedback during the beta period. v4.0 is now officially available on all platforms!

    v4.0.2 Release Notes

    - Improved Range Graphics

    - Restricted Altitude and temperature to realistic values

    Absolutely. I've thought I've responded to everyone who sent a message to the Android email through Google Play (edit - sorry I'm just catching up to this thread and realized I missed a few posts here on Android). From what we can tell, Android released a security update right around the time of release that broke the unit connection. The timing could not have been worse. This is top priority for us right now.

      I updated and it seems like the time it takes to show the stats numbers and time to reset so I can hit another shot is substantially longer since I updated. (Windows desktop) Is this a thing or just me? Not losing my mind over it, either way I've LOVED the hell out of my SkyTrak for close to 3 years now.

      Any thoughts? Is there a path to regress to the older version if needed? (Some of the update highlights, bag mapping etc. are not features I use so maybe drop back a version?)

      Appreciate all of the work SkyTrak puts into continually improving the product BTW!

        I've noticed the same thing, thought it might just be me. Windows desktop also. Maybe the minimum processing requirements have increased with this release? I've got an older computer so I just figured that's what it might be.

      Hmm, it shouldn't have affected shot processing/reset time. If you notice any lag, you can try decreasing the graphics quality in the settings menu. On Low setting, it should run smoothly on a very old computer

        I tried every graphics setting all the way down to low, it made no difference at all. Do you have any other suggestions that may help? Thanks!

      After upgraded, in Game Improvement->Skill Assessment->RANDOMIZER, Min and Max Distance are no longer adjustable. This happens on both iOS and PC.

        Has anyone seen any further information on this? I had the same issue at the time of the update, tried it again today and no change. The randomizer is a great way to practice but doesn't have a ton of value if the range has to be 10 yards to 350 yards...

      Seth, the latest version of the app does not work on iPhone 7. I have contacted SkyTrak a dozen times, sent multiple email logs, and chatted with someone online at least 15 times. I have tried every conceivable way to make it work including hard resetting phone, deleting and reinstalling the app several times etc. Please help. When it connects to the launch monitor (always direct mode because no WiFi), and one goes to practice session, the monitor doesn't read any shots and about ten seconds later the app exits the session and goes back to the login screen. The monitor will often completely reset itself too. I have asked for SkyTrak to grant me access to the old version through Apple's TestFlight app so I can use something that works while the bug is fixed.

        Noticed this today as well. Thought I was going crazy where I couldn't select different min/max distances.

        SkyTrak_Seth , bought a new driver. Tried to add it to my bag and whenever I hit the "add" button the whole program just freezes. Is this a bug? Thanks.

              same here, but you can adjust the yardages once it spits them out.

              I really prefer the randomize on practice mode, would love for something similar in skills assessment. Ideally you would select the total number of shots to hit and the yardage range. One shot per target. Feel like that would translate a little better to the course

                SkyTrak_Seth I have run into an issue with mutiple users and custom bags. I have had it happen twice now. I have a profile set for everyone in my house. They all have custom bags created. My son practiced under his profile and the next day when I go to my profile all my clubs are gone and are replaced my his clubs. I was able to create my bag again and all went well for some time but it happened again this morning. I am on the latest 4.02 release.
