I updated to 4.1 last week. None of my data is flowing to SkyGolf 360. I didn't look or need it until today but it is missing since the update. Everything else has been working as expected. Anyone else have this problem?

I am using the iOS platform and am having issues with a few things.
The MyBag seems to not allow me to edit, or delete clubs, actually, I can't see any of the clubs I added to my bag yet they show up in the software (on the range), also there are some null clubs in there that I can't delete.
Also, the Sky360 website in the SkyTrak tab, when you dive into a session is displaying everything in meters even though both the iOS software and the settings in Sky360 are set for yards. I also can not delete any of the sessions.
I have confirmed I am using the latest software version of the app and double-checked the settings for my account.
Is anyone else experiencing these issues and possibly have a solution?
To the folks at SkyTrak, keep up the great work! I love the product and so does everyone I show it to!
Thanks folks for any help you can provide.

Seth. Is this just a visual thing. If a ball finished 15 yards left with certain parameters on previous release it will still finish 15 yards left with those same parameters?
I believe algorithm is based on optimal flight, am I right. I have this software on my Pc and it’s seems very close to this algorithm. I believe trackman have also used thi# extensively in the past too

No, it is not just a visual thing. Where the ball ends up depends on two things.Seth. Is this just a visual thing. If a ball finished 15 yards left with certain parameters on previous release it will still finish 15 yards left with those same parameters?
I believe algorithm is based on optimal flight, am I right. I have this software on my Pc and it’s seems very close to this algorithm. I believe trackman have also used thi# extensively in the past too- The ball data measured by Skytrak.
- The ball flight model used by the range/sim software
Back to your question: If the 15 yards left was 100% the result of a pull (ie. neutral spin axis), the ball would end up in the same spot. If it was 100% due to spin axis (ie. started on target line), the ball would be less than 15 yards off line. If the shot was a huge push hook, it may now end up 0 yards left, or even right, as the exaggerated ball curvature is no longer there.
There is no change in TGC2019 because it has its own ball flight model that already accounts for spin decay.
With regards to Optimal Flight, I don't know where Skytrak got their original or updated ball flight model from. Maybe developed in house. Maybe purchased or contracted out. Seth would know. But think unlikely to be Optimal Flight. Especially given that it took 4 years from identification of issue to fix. TM likely developed their own ball flight model given their treasure trove of accurately measured ball data.

Ver 4.1 seems to fail while "Checking license files" on Android 12 (Pixel 6 Pro). Going back to 4.0.3, everything connects normally again.
On 4.1 it Goes through "Discovering: Looking for connection", then starts "Please Wait: Checking License Files". After 20 seconds, it starts The "Discovering" phase again. It cycles through this endless loop until the Unit powers off due to no connection.
It's not a big deal for me to use another device to connect to, but thought it should be mentioned.

Hey all- I was just on here a week or so ago saying how accurate I think skytrak is to my game. However the last couple weeks I feel like I’m seeing 10-12 extra yards on my 4-9 iron. Is anyone else seeing this after the new software release?
I have been practicing more and making better contact, but it does seem odd that I’m cranking things so much further.
On the other hand why would it only being happening on these particular irons? Maybe I am just hitting better with these clubs and gained some distance.
any thoughts here?

Three of the many reasons:
1. the speed of the ball has increased - you hit the ball better or you swing faster
2. the VLA has changed due to a change in the swing
3. the spin of the ball has decreased - poorer contact with the ball.
It is not possible to compare only the carry distance, it is also necessary to monitor the change of other measured data.
