Hi Seth. I'm new to this forum but have been reading as much as I can about SkyTrak on this and other forums. It seems that many experienced sim users think that The Golf Club game is the best simulator software out there right now. In fact, if I'm understanding and remembering things correctly, Bubba22 and Zmax were instrumental (please correct me if I'm wrong) in getting ProTee to integrate their sim hardware (and gc2) with The Golf Club software. So my question to you/SkyTrak is simply this: Has there been any thought to integrating SkyTrak with The Golf Club? And if so, what are the odds that this might happen? And if so, when?

My biggest concern at the moment is credibility. Skytrak mentioned that the SDK would be sent over to Protee the week of October 6th and last I read is they haven't got it. The hardware enclosure was supposed to be delivered middle of Oct which is delayed as well. Kind of hard to keep the faith when dates are so fluid.

Glad to hear putting on TGC is accurate. Putting is not very good on E6 or WGT. Can't wait for TGC release with Skytrak!!!!

Question,
In regards to putting with a ST/TGC package, besides the gaming computer is there anything else needed? I read and saw somewhere (don't remember where tho) that a ProTee sensor or putting sensor was also used??? I only ask because I am currently building my studio and want the best possible experience as I am leaning towards a ST and TGC as this will fall in my budget vs say a GC2/TGC combo for my sim.
All I need besides the SkyTrak unit is a solid gaming computer to run TGC and I'm good to go right? For a good sim experience?
There isn't an official integration with the ProTee components (hitting sensor and putting sensor) as well is there?
Sorry for the newbie question but I had to ask so I fully understand
Thx!

So I know that you don't want to give a date as to when the software will be available, but could you at least give us a rough estimate on what to expect. Are we talking days, weeks, or months from a possible release? Although you have taken a lot of heat on the forum today I assure you that most of the users on here truly appreciate your help and information.

I would love to know this as well. But the truth of the matter is he probably shouldn't say squat. Last he said was 'middle of october', which has passed. It sounds like they ran into a lot of stuff with the release of WGT that put TGC on the back burner (my guess WGT will likely sell them more skytrak units because of it's popularity and ease of use/setup).
The good thing is they probably have the back end server/licensing stuff worked out, so now HOPEFULLY they just have to nail down a few details. I'm already disappointed, but I've come to terms with that. I had to go through the 7 stages of grief. Now I'm just hopeful that they make this product as good as it can be for the next 3-5 years (my guess).

I just got the email that full WGT access is now available through the SkyTrak "Play and Improve Package", so I can only assume TGC is not too far out. Personally, I won't be spending any money on the package because I'll have the E6 demo to keep me busy until TGC is released.

These pictures are beautiful. Is there anyway you can show more images of real courses protege will use or does use. I am most interested in real courses. I have looked at your website and everywhere else online for images and movies. I would have to invest in a gaming computer and your software so would like to see as many real courses as possible. Thanks
