Skytrak UK have this deal also, £259 saving, Promotion Code via SkyTrak on Facebook to be entered at Checkout. Code FBFD1. Bought mine 2 days before the offer came out (crap I thought) but then took advantage of "Distance Selling Regulations" in Uk and was able to "virtually" Return mine within the 7 working days from delivery allowed, and reorder with the Promotion Code. After some discussion with the Customer Support department at Sky Golf, they finally saw the sense, and allowed me to keep of the original unit (wanted me initially to send back, as their logistics couldn't handle the refund part), and just cancelled the original order, resulting in the discount.
That nicely payed for my Huxley 350 Mat and Temporary practise Net, whilst I figure out a solution for a Simulation option.
I envy you guys with nice big garages, I just got planning permission refused for mine, so I think a 6m x 4m Marque Tent (classed as Temporary Structure) is the only way I can go forward now. Should make for an interesting Simulator build.

How much would you expect to pay for the marquee? Why not make your own frame for outdoors and have someone stitch you a cover for it? You'd probably find that too much light would get into the marquee if you're planning on using it during the day.

You can buy everything for the frame from themetalstore.co.uk... They seem to be the cheapest that I could find anyway.

Thanks for the comments, sort of considering that also in a way, let me explain. Looking at a 6m x 4m Marque from Gala Tents, 3.1m high and wide enough to swing a Driver in (tested). Prices vary based on material (PE or PVC) so anywhere between £460 - £600). Will erect it during Winter months and put it on the Decking in back garden, straight off French doors to my home office, so Power, computer within easy access. Can double up as Party tent for other occasions (so wife should be happy). I already have a slightly smaller frame from an old Marque, which I'll put inside the marque to form my simulator frame. It's 2.9m high at the Apex, 3.6m wide (which I can adjust to suit), and sides 2m long. Looking to purchase 8m x 2m of 20mm x 2.3mm knotless netting to put over the frame, so as not to send any stray balls into the Marque material. Also considering some Balistic Nylon material to frame the sides and screen, which will be White Archery Netting to start. Hopefully this will block out enough light.
This way I can use the internal frame outside in the summer months to practise, without damaging the neighbours properties, and use in the Marque during the Cold Wet Uk winter. Estimate my screen size to be about 3m x 2.25m within the Apex of the frame, with some netting and black material behind to stop the bleed from projector image.

Yeah, that was my main concern when I started out... IE, the internal height. I had been looking at marquees, but the general height was 2.1m which I didn't think would be high enough to swing a driver. Instead, I built a 3 x 3 x 1.5m frame, hung archery netting and covered it with a heavy duty tarp, but even with that, there's too much light getting in to see a projected image during the day, so will probably order some more steel and change up to 4 x 3 x 3, but still trying to sort a good blackout material that's waterproof and won't cost a fortune lol like everything in the uk, it's more difficult to source materials than in the US, and we pay at least double for it lol
Would love to see how you get on with your build

          Thanks for the tip Hearsall203.
Where did you get the mat? Just looked £499 for the mat? That's expensive

Got it direct from "Huxleygolf.com" look up Hux Mat 350, (Not Hux Base 350 System) It's on offer at £195, reduced from £265. Lovely to hit off, but punishes fat shots without breaking your wrists.

Just received my unit from the Father's Day sale. Supposed to receive the NetReturn and the mat today. I hope to be hitting balls this evening. Pretty excited. As a nice touch, SkyTrak included a dozen Bridgetone's
