Has anyone tried using Skytrak with an iMac. I would assume it has the same Bluetooth connectivity as the iPad, therefore, should work?

No, that is not how it works. Macs run OS X, iPads run iOS, there is no app for SkyTrak for OS X. Also, I will assume when they release sim software it will be only for Windows, not Mac, but Bootcamp and other software like VMware will always be available to use.

rbarthle17 who said that and for what? I haven't seen specs so it could be true since running PC games through VMware or Parallels on a Mac usually gets poor results, but also depends largely on your Mac's specs and also your VM settings

I have now successfully been running TrueGolf on my iMac better than it ran on my pc laptop. My laptop had a 10sec delay and running windows 10 on Desktop Parallels and running E6 1.6 only has a 2-3 sec delay! It’s amazing and has saved me lots of money. I only have a couple Windows programs I run and they always run better in my iMac. My iMac is also built for video editing so it has plenty of ram and computing power. But it works! I hope this helps some of you out there so you don’t have to go buy an expensive PC if you already have a Mac or are a Mac person.
Desktop Parallels runs windows programs like they are native to Mac so you don’t have to shut down and reboot in Bootcamp which is very convenient.

Thanks for the info! 😃 I confirmed with Parallels that is the case and is a bummer...looks like I will be going with E6 for this next year. Then I may have to build a gaming computer if E6 doesn’t cut it but I need the local multi player ability.
