Pricing is still not finalized, but a back-in-play type program for SkyTrak is being put in place and should fall within the $200-$300 range. Repair costs will be based on parts and labor, but obviously will not exceed the back-in-play option.

Thanks.. Hopefully they will finalize shortly. Good news for you though, that was enough for me to pull the trigger and placed the order for a ST unit last night

sad...they have been trying to figure out a repair process since August. I really hope mine doesn't break...
ST REALLY needs to focus on the customer and managing expectations.

I'm considering buying, but would need to get an answer to this first. Any resolution? The website does not give much service information on the Skytrak, only for the Skycaddie. Also, what's up with the contact information? I've never seen a company on the web that didn't provide a phone, address, or even email on their contact page.
