SkyTrak and WGT

Hi all,

I have seen many people asking about skytrak and WTG and it seems like that the people who are beta testing TGC and E6 have never
played or tested WTG. It seems like nobody in this forum has tested it. There is no videos ... nothing. But from what I keep hearing
skytrak is coming out with WTG first...? Is there anybody who has some more detailed info or talked to somebody who tested it ?
I'm only interested cause I'm pretty sure it will be the cheapest of all versions and to test it out it would be that big of an investment.
I own a skytrak since about 5 month and can't wait for course play. The problem is I'm on the road a lot so I will not be able to play
on a regular basis. That's why TGC ,even that it seems to be the best choice, doesn't make much sense if it's going to be a monthly
prescription. Really hope to get some infos or even videos about skytrak with WTG.

I have everything set up and synced and none of the skytrak wgt is open and available for play. I activated my GIP today so I should have access correct?

I only opened up wgt app and it's synced and red dot is on mat but all courses are locked and say unlock stroke play thru skytrak!

After WGT update today, all challenges (and courses) are locked now except for challenge for Kiawah (I guess because I paid for GIP). The lockdown has begun.

Now someone please please please help me solve my missing PlatformLib.dll error to get my E6 Demo going....

I think it totally sucks to be in the dark about what's going on....especially since we are paying a subscription fee already for GIP. It seems Skytrak can't make any release date and continues on-going development without incremental milestones or customer updates.

I agree goodmatt78, but on the flip side, whenever a date has been released, they have fallen short and we then complain that they can't meet their release dates.

I can expect there to be a release this week for IOS Version 2.0. That should then allow us to upgrade to the full WGT for the additional $99.00/year.

Weirdly they have always quoted early to mid November for the unit to be released to the UK/European market, so hopefully they a planning to have everything in place for that launch?

CRAP man, I should have hit play again, I had a game I didn't finish at Bethpage and was still playing minutes ago!!!!!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I knew something was up when it said "Good Shot" when I hit the fairway. I like E6 but cant see myself blowing $ on a pc just for it or moving my alienware around. I love the WGT Sim.

I just got my garage set up and all my electronics synced for a great golfing experience and now beta is closed. I never even got a taste!! I hope they make this available and affordable soon. I am so over budget on this project that my wife is about to put the scissors to my credit card. :-)

Well that's so far the only sim price we know, 195 per year. It's already on the skytrakgolf website. They just need to start it !

Will WGT work with the PC version of Skytrak?

Sorry if this has been asked before (I did a quick search and didn't find an answer).

Not any time soon, they said it's more complicated. So it will take some time. I think PC will be TGC and E6 first.

I think the release of WGT is very close, within the next 1 or 2 weeks. I received an email from SkyGolf saying release date is October 2015. They also have the $500 off promotion on the Skytrak. See attached.
