SkyTrak Owners How Many of you Have had Sync Issues?

How many of you have had Sync issues? Were they resolved? How long were you without the feature? This a head count of SkyTrak customers of who paid for GIP and it has not worked.

I have had issues as well. Currently my unit will not sync at all. WGT works with no issue. This is frustrating. If there is a check list of things to do please point me in the correct direction.

Since v1.9, have been able to sync network mode sessions but only after uninstalling/reinstalling app. Have never ever been able to sync any direct mode sessions ever.

I just started having Sync issues not to mention it is now not picking up the shots.
I can't wait to see the es16 to see if better. If not flightscope or gc2

Actually besides the sync issues, my ST seems to be not picking up shots more frequently as well since v2.1.1 upgrade... Not sure if it's something w v2.1.1 or the new firmware installed w v2.1.1?

Does it seem that later in your session, the unit starts to lose shots? Some of the time I have to end a session and restart to get it to pick up shots.

Yes and seems like more often than before w v1.9.

From the response there seems to be relatively few people with Sync issues or few people that really don't care . Seth has said numerous times that he is working on it and will take care of us that have had problems.

I didn't respond because i haven't bought the GIP, but before it was closed down when all of us were able to use it regardless of whether or not you paid, not a single direct session ever synced for me.

Fired up the ST last night and it sync. I could not tell you why it syncs or why it doesn't sync. Yesterday was a lot of fun. Got all my data on SkyGolf360.

Are any of these from direct mode sessions?

I've only ever synced when I do a fresh reset and then it only ever stores shots from network mode, never a direct mode session.

I'm not that bothered about it now that we can export the data as PDF.

And the Gip package is about more than just being able to sync data.

What year is it? Bought my 11.11.14. Data sync worked only Sep. 2015. Did not rebuy GIP after mine expired. Seth told me that they are working on it. Patiently waiting

Last session recorded on golf 360 account was January 6 2016. Says its sync'ed while I'm practicing, but not there when I check the account later.

Mine doesnt sync after a range session ( No Wifi) Does if I play at home in Networked mode.. You tell Me ???

We are up to 11 people and counting. A lot of people seem to have an issue with going from direct mode to network mode. Being able to email the session to yourself has been a big help. It's pretty frustrating to go to range and when you get home you have lost all of your data. Seth says they are going to fix this and take care of those of us with issues. I started having problems in April 2015 the first week I bought it and was told they were working on it.
