  • Skytrak laser dot disappeared

    Hey guys i just got my skytrak yesterday and got it all set up

    The first 20 mins of it worked great but then the red laser dot just gone disappear. ( it flashes a couple time before dying)
    My skytrak had been fully charged and not be hit yet

    It still works fine, just that I had to guess where to hit the ball

    I been searching around the thread but couldn't anything relate to this issue. Well, somebody started a thread earlier that said he wanted to get rid of the red dot tho

    Sorry to hear that. Glad you're still able to get by, but definitely let support know about that one! Let me know if I need to help.

      i contacted the online support, but the guy has no idea what he was talking about.
      please check the screen shots below.

      he asked me to call the tech support number
      i did, and they cut my line.... am i screwed?

      I would think you need a new unit - meaning, I do not think there is a setting somewhere not correct.

        I contacted par2pro, which was where I got my skytrak.

        They are trying to contact skytrak for me.. Fingers crossed.

          If you just got it yesterday I wouldn't worry about crossing your fingers and all, just return it and get a new one if you aren't satisfied with what everyone tells you within the next day or two

            Ya i think I will just return the damn thing and get a replacement.

            The wifi seems to be a problem too, I got to turn on and off a couple time until I can scan the skytrak signal for direct connection.

            My guess is that I received a defected one ..

                I just called par2pro again and realized that my case is not on their file... What is that suppose to mean?

                No matter that I'm going to return it and get it fix or have a replacement, I just want some instruction.

                    I and many of us of a decent investment in Skytrak so I am glad to see they have a presence here and a a bonus a dude that seems to care. So thanks Seth for all the updates, etc.
