Not getting proper height on shots with Skytrak and TGC?

Is there a known issue with shots not getting any height in this setup? Every shot I hit is a low line drive and gets no distance compared to real life...can't get a driver over 165 on the game and it looks more like a line drive off a baseball bat then a golf shot....

Not that we are aware of. Post a high quality screenshot of the TGC analysis screen, so we can see all the data.

are you new to swinging indoors? It took me a while to get use to it - really with driver. My shots, including driver are very much like real life in height and distance, but a little short in distance...but I think that is still because indoors.

I am but the difference in distance is way too short to be normal. In over 30 rounds this summer outdoors my average drive on my gamegolf is listed as 227 yards. I have yet to get one over 165 WITH roll on TGC. This is making me think I have something set up incorrectly. Same with my 7 iron which averages 143 and I can't get it over 122 indoors . Is this normal? It's killing the enjoyment for me so far... I'm actually having more fun with the optishot which is giving me more realistic range of distances with the occasional goofy one thrown in. But even then, I've hit 2 drives this year over 300 outdoors so even in real life you get a weird number tossed in. On the TGC with the skytrak is consistently 165-160-170 range.

Seems my hitting mat was the issue. I was using a thick mat from Allturfmats which you can put the tee right into and when I switched to just my door mat wit ha rubber backing that's only 1/4 inch thick all of a sudden the distances were pretty damn good. I gained about 20 yyards on all my iron shots and they reflected my real life distances... I think the thick mat was slowing my club down way too much, putting my numbers way off...TGC was fun to play tonight!!! Now if I could only get the putting down lol...
