Is this enough height???

Like I posted on other posts, I will be building a home and was thinking cost wise 10' ceiling height is enough or not should I go to 11' ?

I'm 6"1" and I can barley touch the ceiling with a driver in an 11 foot space. I have 10 feet and height is the least of my concerns.

Just watch out for vents or anything that would not give you a 10' all the way around; I seem to recall someone going with high ceiling and then the builder put a big vent running down one side that dropped below the 10' level; seem basic when you ask for a 10' ceiling

Thank you guys 10' will be it and the room is 18' x 18' x 10' and the builder knows and understands how the ceiling needs to be for that. We start in June!!! Will keep you posted on pics. Also making my own turntable for the Skytrak for lefty and righty since I'm of course left and all of my buddies are right.

If you are 7 foot tall or have friends that are, then go with 11. 10 is enough, but I should say that if you can plan for 11 and afford it, then go for it as this would lesson any indoor tendency to change your swing by feeling you are in a confined environment.

If you are going to be installing a floor (which you would most likely do if you chose ProTee as your sim) then don't settle for 10 feet.

In any case, I'd go for 11 feet vs. 10. You'd be surprised at what can crop up, ductwork for instance, that can cut into what was previously clear space.
