Custom Canopy fittings for enclosure build

I have found every possible canopy fitting imaginable except the one I need. I need some 3 and 4 way fittings with a 45 degree angle on them. Everyone offers 102 and 120 degree angles but not 45 degree. Posted a photo of the room I'm trying to build in, just in case one of you might have another idea? Thx

my only thought is maybe you can get a carpenter to make you some type of frame. Once the frame is build you would have the dimensions for the screen and black wrapper. Just a thought.

If you find a canopy enclosure please let me know as I'm looking for same thing. What I really need is canopy w 10' x 10' area and 10' height to bottom of canopy top - most canopy I see are 10' to the top but only ~7' to bottom of the top (a solution is to somehow figure out way to extend height of legs but not sure how to do it in a very stable fashion?).

Called them too, along with everyone on the internet that makes fittings. Seems they all buy them from China or Vietnam. No custom work and the tubing used for the fittings is an odd size to enable 1 inch EMT to fit snugly into it. Have found 120 degree (30 degree outside) fittings and am going to try to unbend them to 135 degrees. Cautiously optimistic........

I have a bunch of these fittings. they aren't getting unbent. sorry.

i think you'd be better off talking to a machine shop about re-welding them at the angle you need.
